This is Shinji Hadaka and he's 19-20 years old.
Well, as you can see he also believes in Jashin, just like Hidan.
That mean he's also kinda immortal but he has to pay for that by killing/sacrificing people..
He's originally from Amegakure (He's a missing-nin, though).. that's why he fights with these umbrellas that can summon senbon.

Shit forgot his Jashin necklace and his Tattoo (he has the kanji for "ao" tattooed on his chest
